Dr. Iulia Andraș is a consultant urologist practicing at the Cluj-Napoca Municipal Clinical Hospital.
She has been an assistant professor at the "Iuliu Hațieganu" University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca since 2018.
She has expertise in uro-oncology, robotic surgery and robotic kidney transplantation, 3D laparoscopic surgery, and magnetic resonance imaging-ultrasound (MRI-US) fusion-guided prostate biopsy. She is an active member of professional national and international medical societies: the Romanian Association of Urology, the European Association of Urology, the Romanian Association for Endoscopic Surgery, and Young Academic Urologists.
She has published numerous scientific articles, book chapters, and specialty medical books, and has participated in numerous national and international congresses and conferences. She has completed multiple training fellowships and advanced clinical training courses at various universities and clinics in Belgium, in the fields of robotic surgery and robotic kidney transplantation.
